No conozco los scripts de bash ni los entresijos de la instalación fuera del sistema de repositorios

Intentando instalar obtengo esto.

Entiendo que las líneas conflictivas son las que he marcado con **  .

Primero me dice que no encuentra "libtoolize"
Y luego tras pasar al directorio main configure.ac indica que faltan RANLIB y LIBTOOL e indica que se incorporen al fichero configure.ac pero realmente no sé donde ni como.

lo primero y principal es instalar las dependencias, en la pagina de gambas debe de estar, no obstante, voy aver si te las encuentro

Inténtalo de nuevo Sebas cuando tengas los repositorios instalados y comenta.

Bueno el  primer paso (reconf-all) salió bien tras la instalación pero -/configure -C me falla por falta de librerías. Las que ha indicado CanihoJR son las que se indican en la página de gambas para instalar gambas2 por lo que debe ser actualizada para gambas3.

El resultado mandado a un archivo tiene más de 3000 líneas por lo que no lo incluiré pero la salida al terminal (stderr supongo) es esta.

Este ha sido el segundo intento previamente tampoco dejaba habilitado Qt4 pero después de instalar libqt4-dev y libqt4-opengl-dev ya lo deja habilitado.
Con el resto busco librerías pero no he tenido suerte. Quizás necesite instalar librerías de la versión test que no están en los repositorios que consulto.

Tras instalar libv4l-dev, libsage-dev, libgnomedesktop2.0-cil-dev y libgnomeui-dev el resultado es el siguiente.

Ignoro si podía haberme ahorrado alguna de las librerías pero ando buscando las que tienen relación con los problemas mostrados.

Yo lo acabo de probar en un Maverick que no podía compilar y me ha funcionado.

En casa tengo el famoso script de instalación de nuestro compañero modificado para debian squeeze, si no has resuelto aún tu problema de dependencias, luego lo dejo por aquí.

CanihoJR, lo que muestras es el final de la salida en pantalla que yo he dirigido a un archivo. Además de lo que se guarda en el archivo (correspondiente a stdout dirigido al archivo) me salen los warnings que sería, entiendo, la salida a stderr. No olvidemos que todo esto corre sobre librerías hechas en C como el propio sistema operativo.
Si instalas todas la librerías que he ido instalando yo sólo quedan pendientes gb.sdl y gb.opengl


geaplanet este GAMBAS3-PORTABLE ¿Qué es? ¿Paquetes ya compilados?- Si es así como se integran con el sistema.
No me gustaría hacer experimentos que me puedan fastidiar la instalación.
Me puedes aclarar algo.

he instalado todos los que te puse yo, mas los que tu pusiste, mas el que yo agregué después...... y aun así faltan todos esos aun.... normalmente si te falta gb.sdl seguramente falte algún sdl-dev o libsdl-dev o algo al estilo jiji

Lo que te pone Geaplanet, es un Gambas3 Portable, el cual no he podido probar en ubuntu porque ya lo tengo instalado y seria absurdo... en Teoria, no debería modificarte nada del sistema, ya que seria un autoejecutable....... debería ser una versión de esas que metes en pendrive y ejecutas en cualquier linux

Se trata de un experimento con CDE. NO TOCA NADA de tu sistema real, de hecho, es como si fuera una jaula chroot, pero a nivel de usuario. O sea, que pueden incluso convivir gambas3 instalado en el sistema con este otro portable y no se pisan unos a los otros.

Lo puedes llevar en un pincho usb formateado con ext3, obviamente, para que respete los permisos.

Lo importante es que en teoría da igual qué sistema tengas, ya sea ubuntu, debian, fedora, o puppy...debe cargar igualmente.
